Is the bottom past for blue chip property? Yes.

S-Net-Invest believes that we are at, or near, the bottom in blue chip property market cycle. We would further suggest that there is a significant body of evidence suggesting that the market for institutional grade property has passed bottom.

Note: We refer to institutional grade property which is the investment grade property  usually purchased by real estate investment securities sponsors, pension funds and insurance companies.

We predict that the bottom portion of this trough will be somewhat flatter than normal but that there will be periodic sharp up-spikes in various markets and categories. This is a pros market and has the potential to nicely reward investors able to discern opportunity.

Good question, where do I find all this information?
As an investment advisor specializing in real estate investment securities I am constantly reviewing real estate related investment products.  I also attend many conferences, webinairs and othe informational forums.  Amidst the dluge of information certain trends become apparent.  There are a number of very smart and experienced people around the country analyzing investment real estate.....and we talk to each other.
What s-net-invest blog-source tries to do is distill that information into snippets that investors can use and understand.
